Homeowners who contact Gamezhax Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

• How a call or message with Gamezhax Floor Coating was handled
• How we used or protected your personal data

• How an installer we referred you to behaved

If the Problem Is With an Installer

Installers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by taking it up with the installer in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and installers who often fall short may be removed. Gamezhax Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund an installer's charges or act on an installer's behalf.

How to Send Your Complaint

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached us or the installer
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The installer's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include talking with the installer. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our reply does not settle the matter, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the installer is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
