Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use gamezhax.buzz and the referral service Gamezhax Floor Coating offers through it. When you browse the site, call its number or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Offer

Gamezhax Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating installers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or fix concrete. We are also not a party to any deal you make with an installer.

Installers Work on Their Own

The installers we connect you with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about whether they are available, when they can come, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Your Information Only

Everything on the site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that shift from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Please confirm the details with a qualified installer.

Fair Use of the Site

Please give accurate details, use the site lawfully, and do not disrupt it. Do not try to get into any part of it that you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling us or sending a form, you agree that we and the installer we refer you to may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. If you want the contact to stop, email contact@gamezhax.buzz.

Who Owns the Content

The content and design of this site belong to Gamezhax Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Our Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Gamezhax Floor Coating is not responsible for any loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to an installer's products or services, or to any agreement between you and an installer. The site is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
